With regard to the worsening epidemiological situation in the occurrence of acute respiratory diseases and the disease of COVID-19, we ask all persons who visit our patients to wear respiratory protection (minimum FFP2 respirators) when entering the inpatient wards. We recommend postponing the visit to all people with mild symptoms of respiratory disease (cold, cough, high temperature) and people who are in close contact, for example in the same household, with people who have an acute respiratory disease.

The visiting regime itself is not yet restricted in the VFN, but the conditions for carrying out the visit may change depending on the development of the epidemiological situation. Therefore, we recommend monitoring the hospital's website.
