The department coordinates operational, technical, investment, administrative and other activities necessary for the operation of the hospital.

• It provides patient transport, repatriation, journal services, food and medicine distribution, workplace supplies and hazardous waste removal.

• ensures the technical operation of buildings under the administration of the VFN, the operation and renovation of technological equipment, media and energy distribution;
• manages the activities of supplier companies (cleaning, waste collection, orientation signs), manages individual areas, including maintenance of greenery and roads;
• manages waste management in accordance with applicable legislation, ensures the administration and operation of hostels;
• ensures the preparation and distribution of lunches as part of company catering for hospital employees, the production and dispatch of therapeutic nutrition
  and diet for patients;
• ensures the operation of the heat management system;
• plans, manages and coordinates construction and investment projects, ensures the passporting of buildings.
