Due to the increase in acute respiratory diseases, including influenza, the VFN hospital is preventively reducing the number of visitors to a maximum of two people per patient.

If you plan to visit your loved ones or friends in the hospital, follow the following precautions:

• Wear respiratory protection (mask or respirator) and cover your mouth and nose throughout your visit to the inpatient ward.
• Practice hand hygiene – disinfect your hands when entering the ward, as well as when leaving.
• Postpone your visit if you feel unwell, have a cough, runny nose, fever or other symptoms of respiratory illness.
