Recruiting general nurses is our priority
Professional growth, flexible working hours, a number of benefits, work in a top medical facility and the opportunity to devote time to family is a brief list of what is on offer for nurses and other healthcare workers at VFN. In some workplaces, it is possible to satisfy the demand, in others it is more difficult to fill positions. There are many reasons: from changes in the priorities of young people, the level of salaries, interpersonal relationships to often comparable working conditions in large hospitals in Prague.
“We have core pillars that we offer to general nurses and other non-medical professions. Professional growth and support for further education, the possibility to combine family life and work, the choice of a clinic and a good salary evaluation." says deputy for non-medical health professions VFN Mgr. Dita Svobodová, Ph.D., MHA, with the fact that in some specializations VFN still faces more complex recruitment of nurses and other health professionals. In our hospital, we are constantly in demand for the professions of general nurse, paramedic, radiology assistant, medical laboratory technician and qualified paramedic. Workers are missing from all internal, surgical, geriatric, hemato-oncology and intensive inpatient departments.
