WHAT DO YOU WANT TO DO?

• You will receive incidents and requests from users, which you will then assess and distribute to other IT departments
• Provide telephone support to users of computer technology
• Collaborate on IT projects

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

• Min. Secondary school education (focus on IT is an advantage)
• The position is also suitable for secondary school graduates 
• Necessary communicative knowledge of the Czech language (the primary language at VFN is Czech)
• Knowledge of AJ at least at a moderately advanced level
• Good communication skills, decent demeanor
• You have a good knowledge of the MS Windows operating system
• Knowledge of MS Office
• You have basic knowledge of HW computer technology
• You are able to work alone and in a team 
• You want to learn new things and are flexible 
• You are no stranger to an active approach to work, diligence and responsibility 
• Can you prove us moral and civil integrity (pure criminal record)
