WHAT DO YOU WANT TO DO?

• Manage the preparation and implementation of construction and investment projects of the VFN real estate portfolio.
• Coordinate all steps throughout the project life cycle and be responsible for meeting approved project goals.
• Discuss investment requirements with future users.
• Prepare project plans financed from the hospital's own funds, or create investment plans in accordance with the terms of the relevant subsidy program or call (from the state budget, EU subsidy programs and other sources).
• Cooperate in the selection of suppliers.
• Cooperate in project preparation and discussion with the relevant state administration bodies.
• Manage, control and supervise the implementation of design and construction work.
• Look for alternative solutions and price optimizations.
• Accept completed projects, put them into operation and manage the elimination of defects and unfinished work.
• Cooperate with individual specialist departments and staff of clinics and institutes.
• Coordinate the activities of individual specialist departments and workers on the investment project and manage the transfer of information.
• Manage all activities and steps in accordance with Act 134/2016 Coll. (Public Procurement Act) in cooperation with the internal Public Procurement department.
• In accordance with the content of the decision to provide a subsidy, fulfill the conditions of the provider, participate in reports on the progress of the implementation of the event and its financing.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• You have completed at least secondary school/university education in the field.
• You have demonstrable experience with the preparation or implementation of construction investment projects, and possibly experience with the preparation of an application for an investment subsidy and its disbursement. 
• An active approach to work and responsibility is not alien to you.
• You are able to work alone and in a team. 
• You are proficient in working with a PC (MS Office) at an advanced level.
• Knowledge of EDS/SMVS, BIM environment, MS Project, etc. is an advantage.
• Knowledge of public procurement law is an advantage.
• ČKAIT authorization is an advantage.
• You can provide us with a moral and civil integrity (pure criminal record).
