The Legislative-Legal Department is responsible for concluding contracts, providing legal services and representing the hospital before courts and state administration authorities.

The Legislative-Legal Department takes care of the basic documents of the healthcare facility, issues information on the legal regulations promulgated in the Collection of Laws, and directives issued by the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic; conducts seminars for health care professionals in the area of medical law in particular, draws up opinions and interpretations, provides legal advice, participates in expert committees, provides real estate legal agenda, and provides information on medical records under applicable laws.
