- visualization of dividing spindle by polarization microscope - new, non-invasive method allowing better timing of fertilization
- vitrification of gametes (sperm and oocytes), embryos and ovarian tissue
- donor program
- preimplantation genetic testing of embryos in cooperation with the genetic laboratory.
Both spouses / partners should come up optimally for the first visit after a telephone appointment for a specific date so that all examinations can be performed as soon as possible. If you already have results from other workplaces, you can bring them with you - save time. If not, we will do all the necessary examinations with us.

Gynecological Oncology Center of the Department of Gynecology, Obstetrics and Neonatology of the VFN and the 1st Faculty of Medicine, UK is one of the largest centers for the treatment of patients with gynecological malignancies in the Czech Republic and in Europe.
Every year, an average of 500 operations for cancer are performed, chemotherapy is given to about 200 patients, about 500 procedures are performed for pre-tumor changes, 10,000 outpatient examinations are performed and about 1,000 patients are hospitalized.
The doctors of the Oncogynecology Center provide undergraduate and postgraduate education of doctors in oncogynecology. The publishing and scientific activities of the members of the center have a significant overlap abroad and annually reach a total impact factor of more than 100.
The oncogynecological center is accredited European Oncogynecological Society (ESGO).
The Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics of the General Hospital and the First Medical Faculty of Charles University is accredited European Committee and the School of Gynecology and Obstetrics (EBCOG).
