: They are designed for hospitalized patients, the introductory meeting comes from a specialist in the field of palliative medicine accompanied by a nurse, other meetings are adapted to the wishes and needs of individual patients.

It will support in the creation and formulation of treatment goals, priorities and care plan, at any stage of a serious illness.

Thanks to the conversation about the patient's preferences and values, we can help with the formulation of appropriate care alternatives.

We will facilitate the formulation of limitations of therapy.

We will help with any difficult communication.

We provide ethical advice in connection with the care of patients with serious and infamous diseases.
: They are reserved for professional medical and non-medical medical staff, in the field of palliative care, communication with the patient and his relatives and ethical counseling. Expert consultations are available both for the staff of the General University Hospital and for other medical facilities.
