Due to temporary non-requirement, we offer the following property:
1.
- Building A18 – part of the concreted roof with an area of 20 m2, as well as the external perimeter walls of the chimney body with an area of 50 m2
- Building A14 – basement room under II. internal clinic with an area of 9.65 m2 part of the external facade of the 1st internal clinic, part of the external wall of the bay window, part of the roof above the 1st internal clinic, next to the elevator machine room
- Building S1 – space on the roof for placing a container with a floor area of 18 m2 and four antenna masts, radio technology and antennas in a range of 1 m2 around each mast, with a total area of 30 m2
- Building C2 – a room in the basement with an area of 10.62 m2
- Building G1 – part of the air conditioning machine room with an area of 12 m2 and part of the roof of the building with an area of 6 m2
- Building R1 – a room next to the elevator machine room on the roof with an area of 9 m2 and part of the roof of the building with an area of 3 m2
- Building C1 and C2 – a technical room in the roof superstructure of the HVAC machine room and elevator with an area of 10 m2 and part of the roof of the building with an area of 7.5 m2
This is property that will enable the placement and operation of the technology needed to ensure the operation of public communications networks and the provision of electronic communications services in accordance with the ZEK.
