Interactive newborn care course
Nowadays, when we are able to save even the smallest babies from the 22nd week of gestation, great emphasis is placed on the quality of care and the solution of morbidities associated with immaturity. Developmental care is a highly sought-after topic in neonatology, which is why we focus on the correct understanding of this issue in our course. And not only in theory, but above all with an interactive approach
In the course, you will learn about all the components of developmental care, you will try various techniques, you will be able to discuss your own experiences in this area, you will get ideas on how to care for a newborn without stressful experiences for the baby and you (positioning, protection from noise, light, excessive tactile stimulation...)
Course dates and venue: Wednesday February 28. 2024 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Wed April 3, 2024 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.; Department of Education, Na Bojišti 1, Prague 2, 2nd floor, classroom no. 1
Course price is CZK 1,500 (VFN employee co-payment is CZK 500); the invoice will be issued and sent to you 2 weeks before the start of the event.
