Protect your skin in summer!
Use high-factor sunscreens and UVB and UVA filters, apply sunscreen 20 to 30 minutes before sunbathing, do not sunbathe at noon, and if the skin burns, do not expose it to the sun at all until the inflammation subsides - these are the basic rules of safe summer sunbathing. In addition, the intensity of solar radiation in the Czech Republic is beginning to correspond to the Mediterranean. And even if the skin cannot be prepared for the summer, it is necessary to take care of it. Don't forget to check for skin marks and freckles. If they start to enlarge, change color or shape, see a doctor in time. The changes may be related to the development of a melanoma skin cancer, which is an aggressive tumor, tends to metastasize rapidly, and if not detected in time, treatment may no longer be effective. At the General University Hospital in Prague, doctors detect over 500 new melanomas a year, more than 3,000 in the entire Czech Republic.
